How to downsize a word document file? Basically the document is a desktop stationery template (it has a 2 jpeg logo on it) blank file size is 58KB. Apparently when used and save as document, the file size becomes 1mb. I'm wondering if there's a way just like in MS Powerpoint to reduce the file size. Thanks. /m
how about saving again your jpeg logo to a smaller file size(you can do that with Photoshop) then insert them again in your word template. i have them same set up with my letterheads (2 jpeg logos & 1 jpeg signature). if it doesn't work can you email it to me? i'll work on it (walang bayad po)
Thanks dfused. Done that options already. I was hoping there's a magic ticker box that does the trick in M$ Word just like PPT. I found some tips in M$ Word Help; converting object to graphic and turning off "auto-save" options. Also, I adviced client to consider compressing the file via Zip.
