    Your best bet is to simply go to the usual online markets like OLX or Facebook sales groups and wait for someone to sell a 2017 iMac. I'm pretty sure there is one 5K 2017 right now in the FB market. If you mean Apple refurbished and complete with full warranty I'm afraid only markets like the US have that option.
