Liteon combo drive on a Powermac G4

    happy easter!

    i just bought a new combodrive which is 'liteon' for my Sawtooth, and what i have noticed, iTunes doesnt support the hardware.. is that true or do i need to install a driver for this or have i made some wrong configurations? it works on Titanium Toast 6. but on iTunes nah-ah..

    need help.. thanks!!

    For iTunes support, you need PatchBurn. :)

    hi henjie, follow up question lang. im thinking of getting an external casing for my liteon dvd writer, will patchburn work as well or is it just for cd writers? tried accessing the site but i kept getting connection errors. TIA

    Yup. PatchBurn will also give iApps (iTunes, iMovie, iDVD) support for DVD writers (internal and external). :)

    ADDENDUM: the PatchBurn site is working fine for me. Could it be an issue with your ISP (DNS server)?
