    "Is it your practice to sell an item your staff supposedly promised to reserve because you're closed on Mondays? Isn't it fair to at least confirm with the person who reserved it? Don't you think it's stupid to SELL the item that was supposed to be picked up on the day that it was promised? To make matters worst, when I asked the same staff why she sold the unit, she replied, "sabi po kasi ng may-ari pag may bibili na ibigay na po." (THAT IS BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!)"

    ^Since your location says ALABANG, go to Applewerkz instead - they are in Westgate (not that far behind ATC). They take care and respect their customers well.
