Report: LG G6 won't have Snapdragon 835 because Samsung has claimed the entire initial supply | Android Police
Not excited with this. Disappointed with my G4. Didn't use it much yet it is now a brick because of the boot loop issue.
Hey, mine too! My LG G4 lasted exactly a week short of one year. Then the boot loop thing happened, and now it's a paperweight. I loved that phone, but I felt betrayed in the end. It served as an expensive lesson for me, never buy LG.
coming from g5 the only issue i have is image retention when the phone gets too hot, i am looking forward with g6 but wont be upgrading until g7
Maybe you can Email LG for a free service here in PH. since they acknowledged the said issue will provide repair service. http://www.trustedreviews.com/opinions/lg-g4-bootloop-problem-how-to-diagnose-and-fix

Not that impressed with the S8 and I'm eyeing this one to replace my ageing Nexus 6P. Reviews, so far, have been great.
I don't have a time to go to the mall yet. I'm just wondering if there's already a demo unit of the G6 in the LG store? Texted them and tweet no reply from LG. Great marketing LG.
I was finally able to play with a G6 yesterday (Starhub, Vivo CIty) So I guess it will be unfair to compare it with the S8+ (since the screen already looked smaller) G6 looks and feels good... Much better than the G5. Issues I have against it... No App Drawer Navigation buttons are larger than usual From an ex-Samsung user - not compatible with Qi chargers IMO, it's like the S4/5... Phone is a flagship, but there are too much "gimmicks" to ignore and I don't get an App drawer to keep all unwanted/unused apps...
There is another home screen option/theme that contains the app drawer just like on the V20 LG should have made the Quad DAC and wireless charging standard on all regions. IMO it is a bad move that they decided to have these features region specific
