I only called them after I heard from you that you were picking yours up! Haha.

Agree with the UGREEN suggestion. I have the 10-in-1!

Yeah, a Ugreen (with 4 USB-a ports and an HDMI) is already in my Wishlist. I still have a month to decide. Hahaha! But those square boxes that's the right fit for the Mini with a space for a 2.5 ssd drive inside and SD-card reader in front as well as extra USB-a ports, look tempting. :)

I think it will be blocking the air inlet from the bottom. Was looking at that form factor but thought it'll be bad long term.

I got the base model, too. The 16gb model is tempting, but 12k more? Not a heavy user. I do videos maybe 3-4x a year, in good ole 1080p. That's about the heaviest task for me. And I'm fine with the 256gb, as that's just for the OS and the apps eniweys. All my data will be on a 1tb external SSD drive, while photos and videos will be on an external 8tb, plus their corresponding backup drives, of course.

If you can put it on top of a flat table, wonder why you can't put it on a flat surface that is its exact sice, too. :)

Great thing I checked 1st Youtube Reviews about UGreen TYPE C USB hub multiports then deicide to buy it in Shopee because in reviews in YT they assure its a great company reputation in manufacturing mutiport hubs!

Then check this thread and saw your comment that you have 10 IN 1 UGREEN user already! I’m glad to hear you recommended it as well.

Now hoping that the seller I bought my UGREEN multiport Hub is authentic and has warranty.

The seller is not responsive to my questions about Warranty Terms and Conditions as well if its original. I just hoping for the best that its original and all the ports works well. I just placed my purchase today few hours ago.

May I know how was the experience with the 10 in 1 nag init ba ng sobra pag simultaneously use of ethernet port, USB 3 port plug the SSD or HD and HDMI port?

We will be using this in MBA M1 Late 2020 bought it at AppleCart.Ph.A little expensive with SRP.
We are forced to bought it immediately to replace MBA mid 2013 because having problems with its battery very unstable.

We have deadline for submissions of students modules.I haven’t heard that BTB has its stocks already! Sana kung alam ko lang nakabili akong agad meron sans discount it will be a great savings sana!

Happy New Year Stay Safe and Healthy ISH!

What are your monitors for your m1 minis? Toying with the idea of replacing my super old mbp with the m1 - not really sure if should get another portable, or a mini and a monitor

My plan with the Mini is using 2 1080p monitors. I don't want to embrace 4k yet.

I use a Samsung 28 inch 4K monitor. Been using dual monitors for the longest time. but 4 years ago I switched to a single setup, and my neck thanked me.
Also, Its good to invest in monitor arms so you can ergonomically adjust the height.

    Here's some good monitors:
    Samsung LU28R550UQEXXP 28" 4K 60Hz DP HDMI Monitor
or go with LG, with power delivery
    LG Monitor 27" UHD 4K IPS 27UL850

If you'll do work on your mac, go for a high resolution display. Staring at jagged test and pixels all day is not a good experience even at 1080p.

Bit the bullet and order one with 16gb memory, 256gb capacity drive. Will use it to replace my old MBP15inch.

    Grabe! Super tempting..

option 1: mini 256gb + mi 34" ultra wide 2k monitor (mahal ng 4k eh)
    option 2: air + monitor
option 3: just replace my mbp 2008 model with a mbp narin

All 3 aren't badly needed. i just miss using a desktop. muntik nako bumili ng gaming PC haha for ffIV and other new games. But the mac mini is and the m1 portables are just so hard to resist! Ackkk! I need to bite the bullet soon

awwww looks good.. but the refresh rate seems low lang at 60hz..

Our TVs arent even at 120hz kaya naisip ko bumili ng 144hz monitor to have a ready setup for a ps5 haha
