Just Curious (fair selling price of a 15 inch MBP)

    Hello!

    I'm just curious, how much will be the fair selling price of a 15 inch MBP, 2.33Ghz intel Core 2 Duo with 2GB 667 Mhz DDR2 DSRAM? Sorry i forgot when i bought this, is there a way aside from looking at the receipt?

    If it's still under warranty and has not scratches and comes with the box and original accessories then a fair price would be 75K and up.

    Are you selling it to upgrade to the new macbook pro unibody? :)

    Nope, i'm thinking of just the macbook aluminum for greater mobility, though it will indeed be a downgrade. :(

    Btw, i have a following up question. Is there any mac store (not necessarily THE apple store) that accepts trade-ins? :)

    I think Ynzal used to accept trade-ins. I'm not sure if they still do up to now though.

    ^^ The A. Shop (Podium) does, I believe. It will all depend on the unit's condition, of course.

    Why don't you just try calling them? ;) Trade-ins work on a case-to-case basis. The deal will depend on the unit, its condition, its age, etc. We can go on for pages but in the end, the best way is for YOU to call them yourself. It's your unit. Only you can describe it best to them.
