If you liked MacJournal ($24.95), here's a much better and free alternative: Download here I've been trying it out. So far, so good. [Edited on 8-16-2005 by Carlo]
I just discovered this last night... the ease... the simplicity... the power... makes me want to cry! Version 2.0.1 is now available. New version adds integration with most blog engines (my fave feature, no longer limited to blogger.com and LiveJournal, as I am running a customized WordPress engine), better iLife compatibility, Address Book, Mail, iWeb. Individual entries and the entire journal can also be encrypted. For frequent bloggers, this is a must have!
Reviving this thread. I've been using Journler for some time and like others, I enjoy how it has made blogging easier. However, I recently updated to Blogger Beta though and am having trouble updating from Journler. The prompt I get says that I either I've entered the wrong user name/ password or I do not have permission to access the account. I updated my login info to the Google account, but still no luck. After some Googling, I found this: http://code.google.com/apis/gdata/blogger.html#Add_Entry_Library_Installed Anyone else encounter this problem? More importantly, anyone managed to update their Blogger Beta accounts through Journler?
Had the same problem Trina. Blogger Beta uses a newer Blogger API (Application Programming Interface). Since this new API is still in beta, I doubt few applications will build support for it (at least until it becomes the final version). So for now, I suggest you use Journler with Blogger "classic."
A lot of my work originates from the email that I receive. Can Journler entries link to email, PDFs and MS Office documents?
