    I'm really excited about this. But I'll probably have to wait till the weekend before I download it. Too bad it doesn't support ODF yet.

    Thanks Elbert!

    Entourage = Mail + iCal + iSync

    which is actually better integrated into the OS despite being three separate applications.

    it's got about 150 statistical/formula choices, so i guess almost everything is covered. am trying it out now with my most advanced worksheets and so far, so good. no statistical problems encountered just yet.

    Downloading now :) 30 minutes to go.. Thanks for the heads-up, Elbert. I'm really excited about Numbers '08!

    I have a Keynote presentation this saturday, a newsletter due next week, and a couple of price lists to prepare for clients tomorrow. Perfect timing/opportunity to give iWork '08 a good test drive! :p

    i find it nice that Apple made this version a lot smaller than the previous (which was almost a gig, i think)

    ladies and gentlemen, after fiddling with Numbers for about 30 minutes, i am so proud to announce that, i am leaving Microsoft Excel for Mac in favor of the new iWork '08. All my current formulae have their equivalent in Numbers and my worksheets definitely look far better. For one, the cells with the infamous #DIV/0 are now replaced by just a red triangle symbol with an exclamation point inside. it may not be a big deal for some but it sure makes the sheets look neat.

    i love the ease and convenience of using intelligent tables. the usual formulae such as sum, average, variance and standard deviation as well as financial like CAGR are all just drag and drop. spreadsheet work has never been this easy and FUN.

    maraming salamat Apple! looking forward to Numbers '09!

    P.S. i am still trying to find out if there is a macro equivalent.
