An Ambiance update to 1.5.1 was available and i got "no credit available' which is very strange since it should be a free update and I still have $145 on my store credit.

I logout of my ITMS account and when I login again my balance is now gone. I tried downloading something and this is what I get:

    Anyone with the same problem?

Closing iTunes and logging in back to my account fixed the problem.

I'm having the same problem right now. Closing itunes and logging back in doesn't resolve the issue. I hope this is just temporary. I still have $250 credit.

    what error are you getting?

Closing (quitting) iTunes worked for me.

it will work when you close/quit and reopen but after awhile the same problem will come out.

If you have an iphone/ipod touch, connect there instead :)

I can purchase in the itunes music store from the iphone using my stored credit. Unable to do it from my laptop. Maybe the store is undergoing maintenance.

This happens sometimes. It's probably the iTunes store undergoing maintenance or getting bogged down (?). I usually just wait for things to get back to normal. The longest I had to wait was about an hour.

    Hey Guys,
I just had this problem, to fix this you have to first log out of your itunes account,
then exit (close) itunes, and then open itunes again and log in.

This seemed to work for me. :D
