iSync doesn\'t see my address book

The last few times I tried using isync, it has not been seeing the contents of my Address Book.

It started a week back when the photos of my contacts wouldn't be uploaded to my phone.

I did a master reset on my P800 but I still had the same problem.

I interrupted a sync session earlier today, and since then, isync has not been seing my contacts. When I open Address Book however, all my contacts are still there.

I've tried reverting to backup and reverting to last sync but both didn't do much.

I've also deleted the isync and bluetooth preferences, deleted and re-paired the devices, and repaired disk permissions as well but it still won't work.

I also downloaded the latest security update which may be causing problems for some of you, but since my problem started a week back, it may not be related.

    Help!

I was having problems with iSync and Address Book too, but all is fixed now. Here's what I did.

    1. Send All from the T610 Phonebook to AlBook (you'll receive a file named Whole Phonebook.vcf)
    2. Master Reset the phone.
    3. Run iSync Uninstaller
    4. Delete ALL the Address Book entries.
    5. Restart computer
    6. Install iSync 1.4
    7. Set up the phone's BT (name, make visible, etc.)
    8. Run Bluetooth Setup Assistant (Set up Bluetooth Device) on the Mac
    9. Send back Whole Phonebook.vcf file to the phone using Bluetooth File Exchange
    10. Run iSync once again

Item #4 is optional. The above only takes care of entries that are in the phone, not in the computer. You can always back up other entries by using the Export Group vCard feature of Address Book to backup entries that are NOT in the phone. Restoring these entries is just a matter of drag-and-drop.

    That's it! Good luck!
