my brother's ipod nano's power button got stuck.

since we can no longer find the receipt, and possibly it's already out of warranty, we bought to one of the shops at Greenbelt 1.

they were able to fix the power button. however, the screen now seems to be on top of the case. so.. it's no longer flat.

that's fine. however, upon using it, the battery now only lasts about 45 min.

anybody else experienced something similar? can this still be fixed?

don't really want to bring it to the shop where we had it repaired.. took them moreover an hour to "fix" the power button and most possibly they broke the battery as well plus they didn't mention the screen would be like that once they opened it..
