iPod locked on iTunes

    My sister's iPod (windows format) appeared to have a locked playlist w/c my mac could not access at all. Once her iPod is connected, iTunes wanted to format the iPod again to make it work with my system. It said that the iPod is linked to another iTunes library. Now even her PC (the same PC she used to load songs) could not access her playlists... Anyone? TIA.:beer:
