going below 50 percent will make 1 batt cycle that's causing the battery life to reduce it's capacity. also it will take time to charge.
ok, should we use this as practice to charge the phone before we reach 50% to make battery health in good shape?
i always charge my phone when it hits 70%. until now still getting 94 percent battery life more than 1 year.
This statement is not exactly accurate. Battery level going below 50% doesn't automatically count as 1 cycle. This is how Apple explains battery cycle count:

Got the iPhone SE from Smart retention. Currently using GOMO (gpp unlock) on it. May nakapagtry na ba ng eSIM sa SE? How's the battery life pag naka dual SIM? Dual SIM on my iPhone 11 Pro Max HK version is superb.
My contract ended on March 2020. This iPhone came out in June 2020. Should have gotten this iPhone on day 1 of preordering.
