nope. HK ver is dual
i did visited Globe store over the weekend. Pleas bring with you some patience as I take approx 2 hours due to the queue. Long story short, I have requested an eSIM for my Personal line and Nano SIM for business line.
Single physical nano SIM and an eSIM
still dual sim.
checked my SE 2020 and it has E-SIM as well.
did the same but made no mention of having an iPhone 11 nor SE. I just said I wanted an eSim. Once the rep handed me the QR card, I scanned it.
This is the first time HK and PH models are the same model # again. Which means warranty will be honored here.
already replied on the last post.
WOW Kanye Yeezyyyyyyy.
yes, its a dual sim
Do the resellers in PH have the SE dual sim variant? That's the only selling point from me, aside from its size (because I'm getting tired of the Pro and Plus models).
The PH model is the nano+eSIM model.
dual sim doesnt make sense given na battery isnt that massive IMO. local reviews of the unit poit out that they have to recharge around 4/5pm. but to each his own. peace!
iPhone 11, XR, and SE No Longer Come With EarPods and Power Adapter But USB-C to Lightning Cable Included
Old stock should still have them but new shipments will omit them. FYI for those confused with their new iPhones listed above.
I am about to renew a company account with an iPhone SE. Do you guys think the price will go down further or remain as is?
Globe's HBP is 27,100 while Apple PH's price is 26,490. Yeah it's a 610 difference maybe Globe will absorb the 100/month into the 100/month plan? Might it be possible that Globe will offer better calls/SMS/data rates?
On Plan 1799 the iPhone SE 64GB is 100/month extra for a total of 1899/month on a 24 month contract.
Service inclusions are as follows
GoSURF 1299 (15GB)
Freebie - Yahoo Mail (1GB)
myBiz 399 Unlicalls to Globe/TM and Unli AllNet Text with 50 AllNet Minutes
Calls: myBiz 99 with 50 AllNet Minutes
remaining consumable 2.00
yahoo mail freebie?! Really Globe?
Our corporate email uses Yahoo's Small Business services. So it's perfect for our use.
We are not paying for people to Facebook on company resources.
My concern is that a strong Peso may allow for the elimination of the ₱2,400 cash out for the iPhone.
Not to mention calls, SMS and data rates may become cheaper.
Allowing for say ₱1,499/month total fees with the same or better services.
An unlocked iPhone SE from the Apple Store comes out as ₱1,104/month vs the Globe October pricelist total offer of ₱1,899/month with services.
Comes out that service is ₱900/month.
I doubt it will still go down, not in the next few months.
^Yup, Apple has annoyingly never put their devices on sale (Amazon US and Black Friday are the only exemption)
Just last week I was making phones calls to Apple Resellers asking for possible iPhone 12 promotion, they all have none (except for 1 shop which will give a year phone insurance if I use a specific card) -> why would I bother buy from a reseller if there are no freebies? (there's 2 Apple stores near my area!). Buying online will also mean the phone will be delivered to my home directly!
As for the "strong Peso" -> its because of a weak economy.
Scary times ahead, if you have foreign cash stacked somewhere, better wait.
Why put something that sells like hotcakes on sale?
If one does not want to wait a few hours to get their iPhone then get it over the counter.
