The timing is so perfect. A time where millions of people lost their jobs and learned how to spend more wisely as nothing is certain. A phone is so essential these days, and shelling out $400 for a very capable one can be considered a smart choice.

Some people only need a functional phone that has every basic features, and to the likes of users who are still on the 6s/7 or would like to replace their mid range android phones— this is the right phone. Also learned that the new SE sports a A13 chip and 4GB ram, whch are same throughout all current iPhones.. so this will be as fast as our 11s.

This is a winner and will sell really well.

When all of this unpredictable situation is over, I might get one to replace my old reliable iPhone 5.

Philippine pricing’s a bit steep but it’s still significantly cheaper than the current base iPhone.

^So the other thread can be deleted now.

But still, 26K is a lot of moolah in this trying times. Maybe not now, possibly after the ECQ is lifted, prices have stabilized, and the world gets back on its feet. I would’ve liked to have one but, priorities, priorities first.

It also bugs me that the original SE wasn’t priced that much.

Nice specs. HW of iP11 (plus Dual SIM).

Wonder when will this be available in PH

My wife saw this as I browse and I feel her urge to get it, just in time for contract renewal this June 2020 :)

I honestly love the size... Hate the screen.

Have an 8 I use for my DJIs and the screen is the weakest link...

Not bad at all for an entry-level iPhone. It's priced to compete with the mid-range Androids. I think it has all the essentials you'll ever need from a smartphone. If we weren't on lockdown, I'm sure this phone would make a lot of noise.

This is a steal for its price. The only minor complain that I have is they should have ditched the bezels, touch ID and adopted the face ID. In any case, it's a great entry point to Apple cellphone-wise for the non-Apple budget savvy.

The model is SE20(20)? Why, I should get one, then :D

For real, though: I've told my wife I'll get her this for her upcoming birthday; she doesn't like fancier models and bigger screens than this one has.

It's a good price if you want to enter the Apple ecosystem at a bargain .... Specs is Fully loaded naman.

Screen size lang issue ko coz I'm so used to large screen already

I am coming from a 7plus and still wants to use it as it has been very dependable for 3 years now. I think the dualsim option of this SE 2020 is making me want to go for this.

Ugly. That horrible bezel. Sheesh. I don’t care if it’s cheap, it’s 2020 folks, we shouldn’t be getting this crap from Apple.

Might be more useful if the local version will have dual nano sim, instead of nano sim + e-sim.
