Hello, my iphone X suddenly has a green tint on the screen and with a broken image on the upper left side. When viewing a white page there are noticeable horizontal black lines on the whole left side of the screen. Never dropped the phone so I was wondering if this is a software issue, but from the appearance of it, could be a hw/screen issue. Does this need a screen replacement

I don't think Apple certified shops can do home service. They have a machine provided by Apple that does diagnostics on your phone before they do any repairs on it. They could provide remote diagnostic services, but for battery replacement, you need to drop off your unit at the shop. Check out Switch, I had 2 iPhone batteries replaced there and I was very satisfied with their service: https://istore.ph/pages/support
