Hello, last week pumunta ako ng S Maison mobile care para ipacheck yung iphone 11 ko na binili last december 2023 sa electroworld so under warranty pa siya at almost a month parin nagagamit. I noticed that every week nababawasan ang battery health niya, to the point na for a month of usage it is down to 96% which is odd dahil di ko ginagamit na naka charge, di ko pinapafull at kung malolowbat is hanggang 20% lang. They ask me to monitor the phone and babalik ako the following week. So babalik ako sa S maison this saturday, if may problem sa battery how many days kaya nila bago magawa? and may bayad kaya considering na nasa warranty pa?
the service center should be able to check if the phone is under warranty. try calling (or visit them) - they only need your phone's serial number
