HELP GUYS Last March, I inquired a postpaid plan at Globe for 3 Iphone 6s+. I got a space grey one. I noticed that lock button is hard to press and feels like its kind of sunken. I thought its just a adjusting manner since I am a Samsung User back then. But as time comes, its getting hard and harder to press. I compared my Iphone to the other 2 ones that we bought and the lock button are perfectly embossed while mine is kind of sunken. It is still pressable but I have to press it firmly just to work. If my case in on, it very hard to press. There is no warranty card given to me when I bought it but they say that it is covered by 12 months. What should I do?
just go back to globe and ask for a service report to be given to apple store for evaluation and replacement if needed.
