iPhone 5S Touch Screen Problems

    There are certain areas in my iPhone 5S's touch screen that are not responding when I touch them. For example, when I type on the keyboard, the letters "u" and "n" do not work.

    I've tried hard resetting and restoring the software, but neither seems to have worked. What do I do?

    have you tried replacing the LCD of the device
