The teaser from Beyond the Box is the launch of their online store. There’s even a link in the poster.

If this were the iPhone 13 series, they should have been taking preorders a week ahead.

I spoke to my account manager. She said that they're expecting the launch before November.

    Notch comparison
iPhone 12 Pro Max on top vs iPhone 13 Pro Max bottom
I noticed as well that 13’s screen is cooler or more bluish than the 12. True tone and Night shift are enabled on both phones.

Regarding the notch being narrower but taller, it will now slightly interrupt 18:9 videos when watching in landscape

i learned just now that the new phones are already preloaded with IOS 15. too late. even if I did a local back up of my old device, the restore process only copied my data except the IOS 14.4. and this apple support chat ended up with "i completely understand you but there's no such thing as a downgrade option for your new device." pfffft

The new iphones always come preloaded with the latest OS. Thats how i used to upgrade my os, i buy the new phone! :ROFLMAO:

Since i decided to stick with the 11 pro max, tit was the first time i updated my OS (from 13 to 14) without "updating" my handset to the 12 pro max. I dont think i'll update to 15. A few years ago (dont remember when and what handset i was using) I backed up to the pc and updated the iOS, i lost all my data. I tried restoring it to the previous iOS version but i couldnt. After that fiasco, buying the new device is the only way i'll update the OS.

Slight OT, my trusted friends have just received their new devices at in their location up north in Vigan City, Ilocos Sur. This is the fastest that I could send something over from my spot to my hometown. Last year, they got their iPhones about 2 days longer than this year.

Mm…holy cow. Hundreds of Chinese consumers nearly stampede their way to an Apple retailer selling the new iPhones.

I just got info from a very reliable source that the iPhone 13 will be launched in the Philippines on October 22.

Confirming this. Analyzed past iPhone launches and stalked the Apple Philippines website for days - the website finally got refreshed just recently!

How much did you pay for the shipping? Did you also prepay for the taxes or will your friends be the one to pay it upon delivery?

A plus for the Philippines getting the iPhone two months later. By then any bugs are squashed.

Useful during driving but less useful charging when we're Zzzz.
