I upgraded from 11 Pro Max to 12 Pro Max because of the design, camera and 5G connectivity. Pass sa 13 series, I used iPad Pro 10.5 and switched to iPad Air 4 and I don't miss ProMotion at all. Kung from X/Xs series sa tingin ko worth ang upgrade to 13 series.
Does this mean our pre-order could start as early as next week (Sept. 24) then release would be on Oct. 1?

Hmm, I don’t see any hint of a release date there. Apple PH website has this “check later for availability” status since after the iPhone event last Tuesday. They did announce that Malaysia and Thailand will get it on October 8, and they usually launch ahead of us. From Apple website: Customers in Australia, Canada, China, Germany, India, Japan, the UK, the US, and more than 30 other countries and regions will be able to pre-order iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max beginning at 5 a.m. PDT on Friday, September 17, with availability beginning Friday, September 24. Both models will be available in Turkey beginning Friday, October 1, and in Malaysia, Mexico, South Korea, Thailand, and nearly 10 other countries and regions beginning Friday, October 8.
Is it true that warranty will no longer be honored when you buy any iPhone outside Philippines authorize seller like BTB,Powermac and Switch or doesn’t have NTC stickers kindly educate me? It’s a while a long time I dis not update my idevices as well my knowledge about apple T&C in their warrant .Immediate reply are greatly appreciated.
From Apple website: IMPORTANT RESTRICTION FOR iPHONE, iPAD, APPLE TV and HOMEPOD SERVICE. Apple may restrict warranty service for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and HomePod to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device. https://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/products/ios-warranty-document-us.html It says “may restrict” and it is not absolute as I have heard some people are able to claim warranty from iPhones bought outside. Generally though, if we follow the warranty by the letter, Apple Authorized Resellers can refuse to accept iPhones not bought locally.
Back in Nov 2019 if I knew that I was going to be stuck a home for more than 18 months I may have opted to keep my then 2yo iPhone 8 Plus and switched to a SIM-only Plan 299 or even Plan Zero If I did would I get the iPhone 13 Pro Max by November or wait after COVID ends in 2025? 8 Plus shipped on Sept 2017 & initially supported iOS 11. The longest an iPhone supported the latest iOS is 93 months which falls mid 2025. So it would be supported until iOS 19. By Nov 2025 upgrade to 256GB base storage iPhone 17 Pro Max from an 8yo 64GB base storage iPhone 8 Plus 1nm process Apple Silicon? More powerful than a 2019 Mac Pro? With more than 4 cameras? Heck, why not one up it by not buying the 2019 Macbook Pro 16" and keep to the 2011 Macbook Pro until there's a 16" with Apple Silicon by next month?
