While waiting for the devices to arrive, I've been visiting 2 of my favorite mobile accessories stores for the past few days here in Singapore and found a very limited number of options/design from my go-to brands for the latest set of iPhones. I also learned that the phone cases for the iPhone 12 won't be usable for the 13. The Spigen Crystal Hybrid Clear offered the naked view to enjoy the tinge of sierra blue iPhone 13 Pro: The Spigen iPhone 13 Pro Max Tough Armor would have been my top choice for durability from this brand but I could only wish that it got rid of the kickstand. It comes in black, red, and gunmetal. ... to be continued
The Spigen Liquid Air looks elegant in either blue or black but the texture could promote dust/dirt build-up in no time. At first, I thought that the Spigen Rugged Armor is a good option, and, on design note, also matches my current protection for the old yet nifty XS that I'm holding now. But after closer checks, it's slightly tougher than the Liquid air but not that sturdy as the Tough Armor. The Spigen Thin Fit is by far the most sleek of all that i've held but I'm not confident when the phone hits the floor by the edge. One of the nice things that could make me feel happy about this is that, it's easy to clean especially when I spray ethyl alcohol on my phone frequently. Passing by Challenger, I spotted this interesting beast from Cygnett. At the end of the day, my good friend, who will hold the pro max, decided to settle with the Rinke Fusion X, which i'll be picking up one of these days. I might consider this one for my Pro as well.
I have he Liquid Air for the 11 Pro Max I have yet to experience dust or grime so I may get it for 13 Pro & Pro Max. How do you like the Thin Fit vs Liquid Air?
The Liquid Air might not sit well with my regular outdoor runs and I also aim to minimize as much breeding space for bacteria and things like that since I always hold my phone with my moist hands for the whole 11km stretch. I would prefer the Thin Fit for the nice finish although I guess the Liquid air could also offer that grip and won't slide when placing the device on an angled surface (my phone and remotes would fall when i leave them on top of my laptop on kickstand). The Thin Fit is actually my candidate case for now but I hope to settle with something as reliable as the Rugged Armor on my XS for that much-needed drop protection.
When you buy your Thin Fit kindly post photos. Thanks! I'll be buying my cases the day I order my 13 Pro Max from Globe/Smart.
i settled with the Spigen Tough Armor for better protection and just ignored the kickstand until the stores have more options soon. I discovered that the Thin Fit has weak, thin rubber corners on the front side; the bottom portion didn't really promise that much needed protection that I'm looking for. For my 13 Pro Max I am using either Alcantara Sleeve or the Nomad Leather Folio. My Nomad Leather Folio will finally arrive today. I also used this a lot with my 12 Pro. As Screen Protector I use Shellrus. Only Shellrus and IMOS are selling real Sapphire Screen Protectors. They cost a bit but compared to the iPhone this is nothing. I used a lot of different Brands of Screen Protector and I always hated the Micro Scratches oder the smudges. Last year I bought the Shellrus and I had it on my phone for almost 9 Month without any Scratch. Also the smudging is not as much as with regular tempered Glass. For now I am using the ESR until my Shellrus will arrive on Thursday.
We're using this Zeelot lens protector. It only protects the individual lenses unlike the ones that cover the whole area occupied by the lenses and flash. I was advised by a store here to be wary about the ones that obstruct the flash in the case of Spigen but not for Ringke but the latter needs more waiting time as it was only available in the US when i was searching for one. Cool! Thanks for the suggestion. I was mulling over the "square-type" lens protectors which goes around the flash. I'll defo look into this.

PowerMac is now selling the original Apple leather and silicon cases for the iPhone 13 series. I got myself the midnight leather one. I checked BTB and they still don’t have them.
I've bought Spigen Ultra Hybrid, Thin Fit and Color Brick. Also got some Ringke ones. I'm waiting on black friday to hopefully get some discount on Moshi and have it shipped with my balikbayan box as its not available here in the PH yet . My love affair with Moshi's Alta case is strong. I've bought 2 of these for my iphone 11. I like that its sturdy and has a strap. I'm a small person with little hands so straps and pop sockets help alot. I like dressing up my iPhones.
Also bought casetify ones with Ultra Impact protection. I've read reviews that its one of the good ones in terms of protecting your phone. I was really convinced by their Disney collab.
Got the JTLegend Hybrid Cushion DX Orange. It blends well with the Graphite iPhone. JTLegend is one of the brands that I really like when it comes to cases.
Got the Ringke thin magsafe case with the magsafe Popsocket. Love it coz I can just take out the popsocket anytime and put a magsafe wallet or charge wirelessly.
BTB just delivered the Apple Leather Case with Magsafe (Midnight) for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I really like this case a lot -- much more than the Spigen Ultra Hybrid which feels bulkier and a tad heavier in my hand.
