With how difficult it is to get a refund from Lazada...
Mm...for a minor item (smart bulb holders), the process of refund is to request a refund. Lazada offered a replacement but I opted for refund. Ship back was free via LBC (you need an authorization from them) and a few days after they received the defective goods, Lazada refunded me.
Not exactly hassle-free since I had to allocate time and effort to go to the nearest LBC.
Got mine today. Love the battery and camera of this phone
Just got my iPhone 11 64GB Emerald Green from PMC yesterday. Got approval from my loving wife
I need to let go of my IP7 (Globe) and IPSE (Smart). Now looking for eSIM from Globe so I can have both provider on a single device

Sharing a twitter thread re: my experience in trying to get my iphone 11 pro fixed..
TL;DR - went to SG and got a genius bar appointment, they said phone has liquid damage and corrossion, made me pay SGD819 for a phone replacement, i said NO WAY, escalated using chat, contact center, got a product specialist to waive the fee one time.
I still dont get how the phone got damaged. Never exposed it to anything that might test IP68 limits... actually nothing that might expose it to IP65 limits!
got the same price at PMC
11 Pro Max price too?
How long does your maximum battery of iphone 11 pro max starts to depreciate?
mine is just now 99%..
I get my unit last dec 14.
mmm....99% battery health, acquired Jan 11.
Mine’s 97% battery health, acquired Sep 20, 2019
100%, Acquired Nov 16, 2019.
When do you usually charge your phone? Do you charge when its below 20%?
Good thing your still 100% max capacity even if you got the phone last november
Still @ 100%.
Got mine last October 24 during the official release here in Philippines.
I charge it in the morning & afternoon regardless of the battery percentage.
And I don’t use the Optimize Battery option since I don’t charge it overnight or for a longer period of time.
Can't seem to find the "Capture outside the frame" option when in the editing photos. Any idea what's the problem?
You must turn on the capture outside the frame option in camera settings.
You must also be in a well lit place for it to take effect.
Look for the box with a star in your photo, that means capture outside the frame is enabled.
The only downside for this though is that deep fusion feature is turned off when capture outside frame is on.
Hi. Anyone using this type of lens protector for iPhone 11 Pro / Pro Max? Does it affect quality of photos taken. Thanks!
