Mm..no warranty for HK units except possibly with iStudio (maybe-ish). Suggestion: just buy it here.

Apple is shipping the $1099 iPhone 11 Pro Max with 64gb base storage while Samsung's Note 10 Plus base storage starts at 256GB

In my mind Apple should have done this
    • iPhone 11 - 64GB, 128GB & 256GB
    • iPhone 11 Pro - 128GB, 256GB & 512GB
    • iPhone 11 Pro Max - 256GB, 512GB & 1TB

Hmmm. 128GB of iPhone 11 Pro will cannibalize the higher storage's or even the Max's sales if Apple has that same thing in mind.

Mine’s already at 99% max capacity how about yours? Do you drain your battery? What are your charging habits 9DD0EDC6-A38F-4EC2-9CD1-9B7CB0408B4A.png ? Wired? Wireless? PD?

mine is still at 100%. Got it on release Day (before PH release) and charge it every night wireless witheither the Belkin duo charger or the iOttie. I used the 30w fast charging brick from my iPad Pro twice to charge it faster twice only.

I would think Apple would want to sell more iPhones.

Compared to Android counterparts at the same price point and similar screen size Apple is rather barat.

Will we see 128GB or 256GB in the late 2021 base model when I upgrade to the iPhone 13 Pro Max?

I had to backup then delete all 2 years of photos/videos on my 64GB iPhone 8 Plus to free up 30GB of space.

I've been using my 12 Pro Max with the following

    60W USB PD wall charger
    18W USB PD wall charger
    12W Aukey USB car charger
5W Honda port to activate CarPlay

Let us see if the battery health will be more than 85W come December 2021.

I love it that Apple opted to reversing the trend of thin & light iPhones.

This allowed for the largest battery.

I'd like performance per watt targets that allows for double the battery life so I can charge it every ~48 hours instead of every ~24.

If the store correctly indicated the specific iPhone you are buying is unlocked then it is unlocked.

There is no visible indicator on the sealed box whether it is locked or unlocked.

I opted for a locked iPhone as it is subsidized and amortization is good for the cash flow.

    For those who are wondering.

iPhone 11 Pro Max charge speeds to 100%
    • 5W charger 3 hours & 38 mins
    • 12W charger 2 hours & 15 mins
    • 18W charger 2 hour & 10 mins
    • 30W charger 2 hours & 7 mins
    Charging strategies

    • 5W charger for overnight charging
    • 18W charger for the car

Why do this? Well if you plan to keep your iPhone until December 2025 and want to preserve the battery.

Wow that's fast.. my 6 months old XS Max is still at 100%.

I usually use my Anker fast wired charger. Not a fan of wireless, since you cannot use your phone while charging.

yup I left it on, always using the 18W PD charger too.

I don't do wireless because my iPhone X battery bloated on it's 23rd month.

I am guessing combination of iOS Beta + Call of Duty and a lot of background processing. Is it wise to get AppleCare?

In addition I mostly drain it before charging.

This is my workhorse phone, it's connected to my email, office chat, and wifi and lte is on 24/7
