Hi Guys. Does anyone here’s experiencing any intermittent touch issues in their iPad Pros where sometimes, the touch screen will not respond for few seconds. At first, I thought it was an issue with that charger I’m using. Then, I noticed that this issue happens even my device is not plugged in.
I’ve read multiple threads in reddit and it seems that this has been an issue since iPad Pro 10.5 was introduced.
    I have the 11-inch model

I’m experiencing the same phenomena. I’m unsure what causes this as well.

This one so far worked for me:

Setting -> General -> Accessibility -> Touch Accommodations, Turn on Touch Accommodations

Do you have tempered glass on?

If yes, remove it then try operating if the issue still occurs. Mine works perfectly when I changed my tempered glass to a better one.

Mm....if it is a constant issue, I suggest you have it diagnosed (apple authorized repair center). Is it still under warranty?

I’m planning to bring it this weekend
Just want to know if I’m not the only one here in PH experiencing the issue. Or you guys might have other methods of fixing it.
    Thanks

Mm...apple sells millions of iPads each year worldwide. Defective units are to be expected.

Just experienced this recently. Did all resetting and restoring as per Apple Support and PMC advice...nothing. Eventually brought it back again to PMC yesterday and, since mine is just a 2-mon old device and still covered under the limited warranty, they took it in for further diagnosis. Was just informed earlier today that it's eligible for replacement. Previous PMC visit ruled out hardware issues but good thing I persisted in contacting Apple Support, now I'll just have to wait 3-4 weeks but I'm still hoping the replacement unit will arrive earlier
