    Did you and the seller po ba agreed about any replacement period? They should replace it knowing na less than a week pa lang ang unit nyo. Most of the stores have a 7-day replacement period incase of defects. Is there any chance na naupuan/nabagsak? If nothing happened po sa iPad nyo, they should replace it.

    Based on your post, you bought your iPad Air 2 from a store in SM Bacoor called Fone Style. As such, I doubt Power Mac Center will replace your unit with a brand new one because you didn't buy the unit from them. (It wasn't they who sold you a defective iPad) Thus, even if the iPad was just three days old, you can't ask Power Mac to give you a brand new one. They'd probably tell you to ask for the replacement from Fone Style. The most they can do is repair your unit or help you claim warranty.

    I don't think the store you went to is even an Authorized Reseller (correct me if I'm wrong). It also seems that unlike Apple Premium Resellers, they don't have their own service centers. In short, it's probably the type of store that sources their Apple products through third-party means. And should anything go wrong, it's no longer their concern; thus, the dismissive attitude. Most stores have a 7-day return policy. Check the receipt for such policies .

    ^Exactly my thoughts.

    @cassie
    I feel your pain and I know you want your concern solved at the soonest possible time. But if indeed you won't be able to claim replacement, your next option will be repair which may take several weeks. I suggest calling and/or visiting authorized repair centers to confirm warranty coverage and estimated time.

    just go to an authorized apple reseller, it will take 2-4 weeks though.. back it up first.

    Been there, bnew rin during iPad 2 days and iPad 3 (dead pixel).

    One option also is to chat with an Apple Rep, maybe they can replace you one with a sealed unit, but it will also come from SG which will take 2-3 weeks.

    HTH and Good luck!
