iOS 14 Public Beta is now live... Just finished installing it on my 1st Gen iPhone SE. It's quite stable for a Beta, in my opinion.

Do you have the BDO and the BPI app? Is it working with the IOS 14 beta?

BPI app works. BDO app reads it as a jailbroken phone so it won't.

I installed it as well on my iPhone SE 1st gen that I mainly use as an iPod. Everything seems stable for now even the battery.

I installed the Beta on a Pro 10.5 I’m using as a secondary. I haven’t noticed anything “off” yet. Been using it for 3hrs and so far nothing “feels” different. I’ll know 6hrs from now how the battery burn goes.

On an iPhone it’s still there in the control center.

I don’t see the need to close apps unless they are like acting abnormally. Besides closing apps actually negatively affects your phone’s performance rather than improve it. But that’s just me.

Installed the beta last night and so far it has been really good. A few minor bugs here and there like widgets not loading quickly, but nothing really that is a deal breaker.

ah, so it’s not just me noticing a delay in the widget refresh.

I just updated to Beta 3 an hour ago. I’m using an old 10.5 Pro.

Am I the only one who hates the swipe from the top left for the Notification Center then swipe from the top right for the control center!? Surely there’s probably a more ergonomic way to get to your Notification Center and control center, with iPhones getting bigger it’s getting more and more annoying. I’ve had an iPhone with a notch for almost three years now and I still make mistakes on where to swipe!

Does anyone of you experiencing battery health degrade quickly? I was on 99% battery health since ios 13. Now im down to 96% after updating to ios 14 public beta.

iOS 14 privacy settings will tank ad targeting business, Facebook warns | ars Technica

IMO, some services are free for a reason... If you're not comfortable with an App's T&Cs, there's always an alternative.
