This is genuinely the first time I'm more exited about the iOS update than the new iPhone :)

ios10 sure brings a lot of new stuff but from extensive use the one thing i really appreciate is the raise to wake feature. I'm sure many will find it very handy, no more pressing the home button to look at your notification and even an option to unlock the phone without actually pressing the home button.

I'd probably just wake up at 1am, click download via ota, then back to sleep. Waking up in iOS 10 is a sunshine!

Still downloading with 10mins to go (says my iPhone). Surprisingly, didn't have much trouble starting the update download on my end and it was out at exactly 1:01AM

If you guys are updating thru iTunes, there's the obligatory iTunes update first before it'd let you download the iOS10 update. And don't forget to restart your Mac/PC just to make sure the iTunes update is properly installed prior to updating to iOS10

After this, I'm downloading for the iPad and off to bed. Looking forward to fiddle with iOS 10 tomorrow at work :D

Did not encounter any problems with the 6 plus, iPad Air 1 and 2 with the OTA updates. But both of my 6s went into recovery mode. Updating one now via iTunes (did not restore) Will post more information once finished.

iTunes was able to update both 6s without the need to restore (thank goodness!)
