Would anyone know how much is Intuos Pen & Touch Tablet Small (Intuos Pen & Touch Tablets | Wacom)? And where can I buy it? (I tried to ask BeyondTheBox but they don't have the item)

I've seen only Intuous manga at Octagon for 6995 php. You may also inquire at Villman, the last time I was at North Edsa they had stock of the small.

Sorry, I have some corrections. The Intuos tablet SMALL and Intuos Manga are exactly same sized tablet. Intuous manga just bundles free Clip Studio software, but the only tablet by itself is not available. The price is actually 6990, cash or CC. If you want to order a larger size, go to Villman since they have the medium.

Thanks for the inputs. Additional question, would buying this model be recommended or should I buy the Intuos Pro?

if you'll be using it for your work like if you're a graphic artist then go with the higher models - but if you're just going to use it for simple photo editing and re-touchings then the lower models would be more than enough for this.

Agreed. Powermac carries the Pro and Cintiq versions if you want those.

There's a sale on a Wacom Pen & Touch Small at Ynzal this week, part of their year-end CyberSale! It's now P4,400. That's a demo unit so it's best to go there and check it out for yourself.
