    Hi guys!

I made a slideshow in iMovie then imported it to iDvd for authoring...
iDVD prepare & encodes and when all files are about to burn i got this error "The error #-34506 was reported…"

Tried two different type of dvd media and still unsuccessful.

BTW Im using it with PB 15" 1.25ghz, 6g available HD, 768 ram.
    Tiger 10.4.1, iLife05

What seems to be the culprit here?

    Thanks!

Regie, have you tried the other route? Go to Files>Share>Quicktime

A window will pop-up, choose expert settings, then click on Options button.

Window will pop-up, under Video pick Settings. Window will pop-up. At the top, Compression Type>DV/DVCPRO-NTSC. Under Motion pick Current fps. Under Compressor, Quality, slide the slider to Best. Leave sound as is. Uncheck Prepare for Internet Streaming.

    Save the Quicktime file.

Now open iDVD and pick the theme you like. Drag the movie file in that theme. Edit the menu if you like. Then burn away.

This might sound and look like a more tedious process but I think it's worth a try.

You might have forgotten to press the options after the expert settings, Regie. Double check because I'm using iMovie HD as well.
