Has iCloud plans & pricing always been this cheap?

    Philippines (PHP)
    50GB: ₱49
    200GB: ₱149
    2TB: ₱499

I kinda remember it being a bit more expensive.

Mm...no price advantage (difference of a few pesos). So, why?

And, afaik, you can’t purchase from Apple PH using your Apple US account and vice-versa.

I think it would be more convenient to pay for the recurring iCloud storage subscription with my PH credit card versus via iTunes gift card.

There has been no other way AFAIK as both iTunes and iCloud is tightly coupled on iOS devices. Been waiting for this option for years where Apple Music is cheaper in PH and credit card subscription is easier than reloading with iTunes cards

I have both US and PH iTunes account. I use my US iTunes account for the App Store. Is it possible or advisable to use my PH iTunes account for iCloud so I can avail of Family Sharing and subscribe to iCloud storage using my PH credit card?

Note that I cannot avail of Family Sharing using my US iTunes account because my only payment method is via iTunes GC. I would need to use a US credit card (which I don't have) in iCloud to use Family Sharing.

    Thanks!

^Yes. The iCloud subscription requires payment methods as prescribed. Use the Apple account that accepts your credit card for the subscription.
