i am a quicksilver user and use its clipboard and shelf functions constantly. these allow one to cut/copy several 'clippings' and access them for pasting at a later time thereby saving one the hassle of to and fro of cutting and pasting (cut-cut-cut, paste-paste-paste vs cut-paste, cut-paste, cut-paste). shelf is a more permanent repository of often pasted items (addresses, numbers, usernames, etc) iClip offers similar functionality plus some features i like: text editing within the bin, thumbnail view of a movie clip and naming of the clippings (great for 'shelf' - items ID). these are not available on QS. if these are functions you find useful and youre not a current QS user i think iClip will be indispensable in improving your workflow. I on the other hand like the QS plugs and can wait for these features to find their way into QS.
