How to turn off text smoothing on browser?

    Would anyone know how to turn off text smoothing on Safari or IE browser?

    It's under the Appearance Preferences (personal).

    got the same settings but what i mean is the anti-alias of web fonts (like on OS 9)- is this possible with OSX browser?
