how to phone book/address book view & print

    the macs address book/ phone book shows my contacts in "card" form

    ie. a single card shows a name and the contacts numbers/ information

    name: john doe
    cell: 917xxxxxxx
    bday: oct 4 2007
    address: 1234 milky way


    how do i view all my contacts name side by side with their numbers(info)? and print it


    name: cell: bday: address:

    john doe 917xxxxxxx oct 4, 2007 1234 milky way
    juan de la cruz 919xxxxxxx oct 5, 2007 5678 galaxy
    pedro de la marcha 922xxxxxxx oct 6, 2007 9101 star city

    (should be aligned and fixed but web won't allow me more of in excel format per row and column)

    1. Open Address Book
    2. Select all contacts in the side bar.
    3. Click "File"
    4. Click "Print"
    5. Select your printer
    6. Set presets to Standard
    7. Set style to "Lists"
    8. Choose your paper size
    9. Tick all attributes you want included in the printout
    10. Click "Print"

    You can also choose your font and the number of copies to be printed.

    thanks din't know it was that simple with mac haha and to say i've already got 2 macs :\
