How to Install Apps

    hi i downloaded some files here at work (using Windows XP) since we have a faster internet connection here and am planning to install them at home.

    i downloaded the iPodUpdater, iTunes 4.8 etc. ive noticed they have DMG file extenisions, since am a newbie i don't know how to install these filess. do i just double click on the file.

    also downloaded some widgets, how to install?!

    RE: DMG's... just double click on them. A White "Icon" would appear on your desktop and you double click on that. Depending on the app you got, either you just copy and paste it in your applications folder or you double click on the file to run the installer.

    RE: widgets: just put them in the widgets folder and you should be all set.
