How to import slo mo video from iPhone 6 to Mac?

    has anyone tried importing a slo mo video taken with the iPhone 6? i tried using iPhoto but when it was imported and played on the Mac, it became normal speed.

    any ideas?

    Actually its not a slow motion video, its just a video which is recorded using high frame rate "240fps". Your iPhone just happens to have a software that can play the video on slow motion. When you import it on iPhoto you can use 3rd party application or iMovie to play the video in slow motion.

    Or you can also use Image Capture for faster transfer from phone to file folder. But I agree with kcirecarg718, it's not technically a slo-mo video but rather a video captured in higher frames per second.

    You can also use QuickTime for playback.

    You can slomo edit in iMovie for ios then export to camera roll. It should save with standard framerate and preserves the slomo effect. Hope this helps.
