how to go back to itunes 6?

    Hello,

    How do I go back to itunes 6 from 7? I tried the search option but I cant seem to find an answer.

    Doesn't the iPod come with a iTunes cd installation kit? Depending on what iPod you got, the version my vary. I remember the iPod i got came with a iTunes cd but its a 4th generation model so it is older than iTunes 6.

    I have a Nano and it did not come with a cd kit. Based on what you were suggesting, can I just download an older version of itunes 6 and install it on top of 7?

    i guess if you still have the itunessetup.exe file for itune 6 you can dump your itunes 7 and re install your itunes 6.

    I'm using itunes 7, why do you want to go back to itunes6, 48check? Is there something wrong with 7?
    I think, re: the question, you click on restore in the ipod window... i'm not sure. :p

    Heard there are bugs with the iTunes 7. Thats whats holding me back in installing this latest update. Id wait a little longer until they fix everything before i install this with mine. Better late than sorry.

    Downloaded the iTunes 6.05, apparently it doesnt complete the installation. I already trashed my iTunes 7, the plist, libraries but no luck. I was able to install iTunes 4 from CD. Is there other option to go back to iTunes 6?

    my itunes 7 keeps on launching w/o me calling for it to. damn annoying
