For those who are listening and subscribing to podcasts.
How do you manage them in terms of removing it and making backups.
I prefer to back some up and delete some items permanently.

Does the simple deletion in the podcast playlist automatically deletes them in the library and harddrive?

    Thanks in advance

When you highlight a podcast in the Podcasts category (in the left pane of iTunes) and hit the delete key, you'll be asked to confirm if you want to remove it from your iTunes library. If you answer yes (or if you set iTunes not to ask for confirmation), you'll be given a choice to either keep the file on you hard disk (but not listed in your iTunes library) or move it to the trash.
