    Hello guys,
I was wondering if there was an easy way of saving the audio files from a couple of concert DVDs I own and convert them into mp3s so I can play them on my iPod.
Can someone provide a step by step because I'm a complete newb at this.
    Thanks.

Search for Wiretap and Audio Hijack.

If you don't mind the waiting... you can just play it through an iMic... Final Vinyl (the program that comes with it) does a pretty good job at bringing it into your computer, with close to minimal generation loss (depending on your source material.) That way, you record just what you want, where you want it, and then it goes straight to your computer (WAV first, then just convert it in iTunes to mp3 or m4a.)

Thing is, you can't really edit it much (fades, effects, etc.), but it's better than nothing. I do it all the time with converting my family computer game audio to mp3s... RETRO GOODNESS ON MY iPOD!!!

(best moment: making mario do a perpetual 1up on a green shell, and have others go nuts listening to it on your iPod.)
