how do I open .bin file to install WMP?

    windows media player for mac osx has already been discontinued, use flip4mac instead

    @deepblue, as wildcard suggested, use Flip4Mac's Windows Media Components for QuickTime instead.

    It's completely free and it works great, even better than WMP. In fact, the link above brings you to a page within Microsoft.com.
