    Milky Way over Battery Hearn.

    Battery Hearn was the location of the infamous propaganda photo of Japanese soldiers shouting "Banzai!" after the surrender of the USAFFE forces on Corregidor on 06 May 1942.

    This photo was taken around 0130 on 02 June 2019 using a Canon 7D with a Samyang 16mm f/2.0 lens.

    To capture the Milky Way, I used a 13-sec. exposure at ISO 1600, with lens aperture fully opened. The 12-inch gun was light-painted with a head lamp.
