I've been using Hide and seek for about a year now and havent encountered any problems. Now i accidentally hide my secondary hardisk using Hide and seek, i tried to unhide it (i can still see the volume in the sidebar shortcuts when i try to unhide folders) but it just give me an error message. I've been unsuccesful in looking at the internet bout this problem, and maybe one of you have encountered this problem and there is a workaround somewhere in the system to unhide my accidentally hidden volume. By the way what's the root directory of a secondary volume in your computer? because in hideandseek you have to find the root directory of your hidden folder in order to unhide all the hidden folder inside it. Thanks a lot.

I'm not sure if you've tried this already...

    Open Terminal.

    Type in sudo pico /.hidden

After putting in your password, it will open a file in pico with a list of folders. Adding any folder to this list will hide it. Removing them will unhide it. I may be mistaken, but the root directory is the Volume name... or you can try the BSD name.

If you want to access a hidden file or folder in the finder, choose "Go to Folder..." from the Go menu.

Nice tip Gomi, although i solved my problem the newbies way. I tried to open the link of the volume on the sidebar and click info, i tried to change the name. The name after it was hidden by hideandseek was [name of the volume] (.hidden). I tried to remove the .(hidden) and voila! it just became visible on my window. Now i tried to unmount and mount it back again on disk utility to make it visible on my desktop. Thanks for the help and great tip man!
