Placed an order for a OnePlus 6 (Order# 225936103685065) during the Lazada Birthday Sale on March 27. DW proceeds to cancel my order citing stock issues on April 2. However you can still place an order for the same product but at the post sale price. Also, visited a couple of DW stores and stocks are available. So what gives? We're only talking about a savings of P2,200 but it's the being upfront with your customer that's important. No contact from anyone at DW via Facebook and Lazada chat except a cursory message saying we're looking into it.
