    1. Using your desktop Internet browser, go to https://www.icloud.com/ and sign in with your iCloud account.
    2. Click Contacts to view a list of contacts.
    3. Select the contact(s) that you want to export.
    4. Click the cog wheel icon at the lower left and select Export vCard.
    5. Your computer will download a VCF file containing the exported contact(s).
    6. Import this VCF file to Google Contacts or copy the VCF to your Android phone’s /sdcarddirectory and import it to your phone through the People app or Contacts app.
    7. Login to your Gmail and go to Gmail > Contacts.

After that, click on ‘Import Contacts…’ and an alert will be prompted. Choose your exported vCard… file and click Import to import all iPhone contacts to Google Contacts.

If there is no icloud setup on the phone--Sync her contacts locally using iTunes (it will sync to Outlook/Windows Address Book/OS X Contacts) then from the address book application export it to a file the import the file in Google contacts. On the android phone, just login to the google account and the contacts will sync automatically

photos, calendar, memos can be transferred using this Android app.
