I have mp3 files in my iTunes library that I would like to convert to 128 KBPS AAC (I don't care much about sound quality). Any suggestions on how I can automate the following process?
1.) Search for all mp3's in my song library
2.) Convert them to 128KBPS AAC
3.) Delete the mp3 versions of the song files

    Thanks for any leads.
