HELP! How to use KisMac

    Hi, im wondering if anyone here uses KisMac to connect to WEP Enabled networks? I have the software but i dont know how to use it. I've read in other forums that new Macs cant use this program? im not sure.. I have a MBP 13 inch 2.26 ghz. After installing, what do i do next??

    kisMac is not for novices.

    It'll run on SL. Why are you sniffing for wireless networks to connect to, when you could just scan for available networks already?

    Visit their forums, they have a lot of threads for your use there.

    there is a network that i usually connect to in school but when it's down, that's when i connect to other networks and those are the ones that have keys.

    I'm not quite sure on the legality of intercepting packets to gain unauthorized access to secured networks but I'm pretty sure it's not right to do that so I don't think you'll get people here to help you. Like Kenok said, the best place to get help is on Kismac's on forums.
