If you want to burn it as Data.

Open Toast 9, go to the Data Tab, Click on "Mac & PC" drag and drop the file in the window then press the big red circle on the lower right of the app, sit back and wait for the burning process to finish.

If you want to burn it as a DVD-Movie

Go to the Video Tab, Click on "DVD-Video" drag and drop the file in the window then press the big red circle on the lower right of the app, go out watch another movie, because it will take a while.

I'm getting confused, are you using DVD-RWs or DVD-Rs? they are two different types of discs.
