Help, can't open .sit files

    hi muggers!

    i have been downloading holiday icons to customize my desktop for the season, but i can't open the .sit applications. please help me;)

    thank you so much!

    It's the Mac version of a Zip file.:yes:

    Stuffit used to be bundled with OS X. However, with Tiger, users now have to manually download the free version of Stuffit called Stuffit Expander (think of it as the reader version of Adobe Acrobat). The Expander version is all you need, really.

    If you want to compress files or folders into a .zip format, simply right click (ctrl + click) a file and select the "Create Archive of..." option.

    stuffit

    you may want to get version 9 of stuffit expander. i had problems opening .sit files with version 10

    we've discussed it before here

    Try stuffit expander.

    thank you so much. i just downloaded stufit expander. ok na, i have changed my icons... ready na for the holidays:D
