    does anyone know where I can download growl? site seems to be down. I also tried the apple software site, macupdate and version tracker... all can't connect to growl.info for download.

    Thanks. Tried it:

    got this message:

    Safari can’t open the page “http://mac.softpedia.com/progDownload/Growl-Download-7031.html”. The error was: “lost network connection” (NSURLErrorDomain:-1005) Please choose Report Bug to Apple from the Safari menu, note the error number, and describe what you did before you saw this message.

    Tried it again and this time it worked. Thanks Elbert!!!!:D

    i wonder what this means. Is Growl dead? Did someone buy them out? Or did someone forget to pay the bill? Better download it now, kiddies. You may never get the chance again if it's gone for good.

    how do i delete this?? it lodges on your preferences pane and theres no way to delete the thing...like it's so important ; )

    Right click growl in system preferences and select "Remove Growl Preferences Pane"
